Finding Your Feet is about "Response-ability", the process of developing 'a tool box' for how to better respond to life's varied challenges and changes.
It's a project I conceived earlier this year, initially intended to nurture my own resilience and self-confidence using Adventure and Outdoor Learning. However, as I walk, I will also be sharing my years of knowledge and experience in personal development, in the hope of inspiring others to also challenge themselves and develop their own sense of Response-ability too.
